What? Germany Never Lost

The POD is that Germany heeds the U.S. and stops its use of unrestricted submarine warfare. As a result the U.S. never gets into World War 1. Russia still gets out of the war in 1917 and this allows thousands of German soldiers to move to the Western Front. Furthermore Poland, Finland, and The Baltic Union are declared independent, although Poland becomes a German puppet. The war drags out for another two years as a result. The Ottoman Empire surrenders in 1918 thanks inpart to Lawrence of Arabia's help orchestrating a strong resistance movement. This leads to the Middle East being given more autonomy than in OTL because the allies were more worried about Germany. When the war ends in 1919 the Germans set out their terms. As a result Belgium is partitioned between Gemany and the Netherlands. France looses even more land including most of its asian colonies, and Morrocco. Italy gets it pretty bad, and is broken up into seperate countries. Great Britain actuallly made it out better than the rest. It looses only a few colonies in Africa, and is forced to grant Ireloand independence. The Brits actually gain land in the Middle East, and gain a new protectorate; The Diarchy of Palestine (ruled by a Muslim and Jew). Austria-Hungary's economy ended up not being able to keep up with the war and ended up collapsing into civil war. Germany restored order and as a result Austria became a protectorate. A year later Europe has pretty much settled down.
